Biasalah, bila weekends, Fairul balik sini. Dia ternampak YTF dalam fp hari tu, so dia tingin nak makan YTF. Layan jer lah kehendak anak, ye tak? Buat pun tak susah. Oh ya, hari tu ada yg mintak macamana nak buat kuah YTF tu. Ini resepi yg I guna. Memang sedap. Budak2 pun suka, kejap aja dah habis. Selain YTF, I masak nasi goreng dan juka Ikan sumbat kelapa. Macam biasalah, sini mana nak dapat ikan cencaru, so guna ikan mackeral jer.. beli yg besar sikit. So hari nih, semua juadah kira juadah sumbatlah ....

Pagi tadi masa cik abang kita nak gi kerja, masa dia dok check appointment dia tu, nampak hencem pulak... nak2 bila baju dia terkena sinaran suria pagi.... so terus ambik kamera dan snap gambar dia

Hari ni kita orang buat pesta makan2 Ajak Shah, Am, Imam & Hani datang buka puasa. Pakat dengan Shah ngan Am nak makan apa. Sebulat suara setuju buat Yong Tau Foo . Lepas tu Shah masak jugak baked mussels dan pulut serunding. Hani bawak Krispy Kreme theme football (untuk bebudak katanya ). Sampai2, yang dia dok carinya nasi . Memang tak masak nasi hari nih. Nasib baiklah ada lagi belen2 nasi lemak semalam. Suka benor si Hani bila dapat jugak makan nasi .

Nak tambah lagi makanan yang dah memang banyak tu, I masak mee (spaghetti) goreng ngan bubur kacang hijau. Lepas berbuka, sambil borak2, Lenny called. Apa lagi, jemputlah jugak dia ngan Mak dia datang makan2. Lepas semayang tarawikh, dia pun datang. Kira lama jugak tak jumpa Lenny nih..... dapatlah jugak tahu perkembangan terkini

Since my last cek mek was not that good. I tried again today with different kind of yam. Thanksfully, it was the right one. Kejap aja dah habis derang makan. Cooked Nasi lemak today. Rasa dah lama tak makan nasi lemak.

Oh ya, hari tu Fairul gi conference kat California. Dia bawak balik tote bag for me

Hari ni hari I relax . Sebabnya hubby dah volunteered nak masak Philly Cheese Steak. . Tengok gambar tu, serious jer dia masak, macam nak masuk competition Iron Chef atau Hell's Kitchen jer . And kebetulan pulak Am datang and bawak kuih Apam Balik. Memang relax lah I hari nih. Dani tolong potong tomatos, salad dan bakar roti, Ezra pulak kemas kan meja, buat air semua. Tapi tengok macam tak cukup jer PCS tu, so masak nasi ayam goreng just in case. Lagi pulak, Nasi ayam semalam ada lagi sikit. Buat jugak bubur som-som. Dah lama tak makan. Bila bulan puasa ni mulalah mereka itu dan ini.

and oh ya.. hari ni dapat kad Raya. Dari Shah... TQ Shah




Here's How to Make PCS:

- Start with good beef. Sliced rib-eye or top round western steer beef.
- Shave the beef very thin so it cooks quickly and remains tender.
- Use a fresh high quality Italian roll - Amoroso’s is a favorite.
- Decide if you want your steak with or without fried onions.
- Decide if you want a steak or a cheesesteak. If you elect a cheesesteak you need to decide on American cheese, provolone or the Philly favorite "cheez whiz."
- Any add-ons? Mushrooms, peppers, pizza sauce, tomatoes? You decide. It’s your sandwich.
- Start to cook. Sauté the onions, peppers and mushrooms until soft.
- Fry your steak until brown but not crispy or burned. You can mix in the fried vegetables now or add them at the end.
- If you elect American cheese or provolone place the cheese on the meat until slightly melted. If you choose Cheez Whiz just smear it on the roll.
- Place the roll over the meat/cheese/vegetables and scoop it into the sandwich.
- Garnish your sandwich with pizza sauce, hot or sweet peppers or pickles as you choose.
- Enjoy your Philadelphia cheesesteak.

Tips:
Using the best beef available is the key.
Don't overcook the ingredients.
